007 Dinner Suit (Jacket)
The earliest James Bond Connery in the first 007 movie (Dr.No) wore black shawl collar tuxedo with soft silk and a thin tie with a shirt and a perceptible button.
Roger Moore wore creased silky lapel with reduced collar and blackish batwing bow tie and a perceptible button.
Mother of pearl button was Roger Moore’s favorite suit accessory when he worn white dinner jackets and he also used butterfly bow tie over the top.

When comparing with all the bonds, Timothy Dalton was badly dressed hero (my opinion). He wore exposed waistbands with clips on suspenders. At the earlier period this type of suiting styles were not accepted and now itself a tuxedo with a vest is an incomplete dress code.
Our Sky fall hero Daniel Craig (Current James Bond) wore Black Tie dress code in his last film. This costume is an Anglo-American style dress code and it is less formal than the white. These suits have double breasted jacket which is more suitable for party suits.
